Dafney has a special interest in women's health, insomnia and stress management, but also is a general practitioner.
Dafney is wonderful, very gentle, yet effective. She is great fun to be with and compassionate. She has a great balance of focused professionalism and personal charm. -Christina B.
I became interested in acupuncture facial rejuvenation because it is a noninvasive treatment that turns back the clock on the aging process. After a series of treatments, my skin has a youthful and healthy appearance. My fine lines are gone and my deeper lines are diminished. My husband, who knows my face better than anyone, says I look much younger. -Maureen S.
I chose to get treatments from Dafney for a chronic health issue because, as a fellow student at our college, I was sure of her technical and academic expertise. I have been receiving weekly treatments which have exceeded my expectations. Dafney provides a safe and professional healing space. I can't endorse her highly enough -Gretchen
I had insomnia for almost a year and was desperate for a natural way to get a good night’s sleep. Like a lot of people out there, I absolutely hate needles and so I was very skeptical about acupuncture and hesitant to try it out. Dafney did an exceptional job of making me feel comfortable and at ease. You can barely feel the needles and it’s really not painful at all. After each session I felt so relaxed – it’s almost like getting a massage. My sleep improved after only a couple of sessions, and soon after I was falling asleep easily and sleeping through the night… something I hadn’t experienced in over a year. I highly recommend Dafney to anyone who’s having trouble sleeping. You don’t need to live with insomnia. My acupuncture sessions were worth every penny – I’m so glad I kept an open mind. -Emily M.
I began going to Dafney a month ago and experienced tremendous relief from daily atypical migraines. For the past 2 years, I have taken daily pain medication and had to use ice packs nightly to help ease the pain. Nothing seemed to work with conventional medicine yet after only 3 acupuncture treatments, the daily pain was finally gone! Dafney takes the extra time to figure out what will be most effective and adjusts the treatment accordingly- she is very positive in her approach, personable, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend acupuncture- it is painless and relaxing and greatly improves the quality of my life. - Karen
